Multiple Models for Diverse Mission Requirements
TUBU offers a full range of searchlights from 160W to 240W, with beam angles from 2.5° to 8° and model-specific illumination distances ranging from 300 to 2,000 meters at 1 lux, providing both near-field and long-range performance options.
This model's flexibility allows users to choose the ideal searchlight for each operating environment, whether it’s coastal patrol, offshore operations, large-vessel navigation, oilfield exploration, or maritime search and rescue, ensuring precise performance across every mission scenario.

IP66 Marine-Grade Protection Built for Harsh Environments
Engineered with 1070 Pure aluminum cold forging, a salt-resistant, scratch-resistant white powder-coat finish, and a salt-resistant powder-coat finish, the searchlight is built to withstand heavy seas, salt spray, and extreme weather conditions.
With an IP66 rating, it delivers reliable performance in high-moisture, high-corrosion marine environments where rugged durability is essential.

Longer Lifespan, Less Maintenance
Manual LED marine searchlight delivers 50,000 hours of service life, dramatically longer than traditional halogen lamps, which typically last only 1,000–2,000 hours. This significantly lowers maintenance frequency, reduces downtime, and ensures continuous operational readiness for demanding maritime missions.
Wide Operating Temperature for Extreme Conditions
Designed to perform in environments ranging from –40°C to +55°C, the searchlight maintains stable output in both Arctic cold and tropical heat. Its robust construction and excellent thermal performance ensure reliable operation even in extreme weather conditions, making it a dependable choice for marine vessels.

Ultra-Low Power Consumption
The TUBU manual-bracket LED marine searchlights operate at just 160–240 watts, while comparable halogen models typically draw 500-1000 watts. That means the LED option cuts power consumption by roughly 75% or more without sacrificing performance. As a result, it significantly eases the load on a vessel’s power system and boosts overall operational efficiency.

Applications
The Manual LED Marine Searchlight is engineered for high-demand operations across a wide range of professional maritime and defense environments. Its long-range illumination, marine-grade construction, and reliable performance make it ideal for the following applications:
- National Defense & Military Operations: provides powerful, focused illumination for surveillance, patrol, threat detection, and nighttime mission support on defense vessels and coastal installations.
